Shah Zar Khan orginal name with Poet suffix Aseer means Poisoned was born in 1978 in Mian Banda Haaji Abaad Dir lower to his father Haji Jamrooz khan. His village is now known as Anwar Abad. He did his B Sc and then Master in Pashto along with B.ed from University of Peshawar. Since last 15 years he has been living in UK to earn his livelihood. Till now two poetry collection of Shah Zar khan aseer has  been published named as Da Okhkoo Saski ( Drops of Tears ) and Pelwazi ( Sparks ). His books of romantic and land loving poetry along with A Pashto Novel is awaited to be published in coming days. Libraries are major sources of books and thus knowledge and information for human being leading to human prosperity and peace in society. In developed there are open air libraries for kids even to boast habit of study. Back in MMA provincial government the building of Timergara public library was constructed on by pass road near Shahid Chowk spending huge amount of public money aiming public good but as usual dull and dysfunctional Pakistani government organization this very social center remained closed after six years even. Though there are politicians who discuss its name for their political gains particularly in election days when they go door to door to beg for votes of deprived residence to raise their status. I found while goggling on internet and Facebook accounts of MMA candidates claiming it as their major achievement yet when I see the library close and even not opened once in years I feel ashamed for I belong to area for some time.
