پائیدار ترقی کے اھداف کا ایجنڈا 2030 اور ضلع دیر لوئر تحریر وترتیب۔ اکبرخان تیمرگرہ   پائیدار ترقی کے اھداف کا ایجنڈا 2030 تک کے لئے تجویز کیا گیا ضلع دیر کے حوالے سے جائزہ کچھ یوں ہے شعوری آگاہی کے حوالے سے محسوس کیا گیا کہ پائیدار ترقی کے اھداف کے حوالے سے اب تک کوئی موثر،بڑے پیمانے کی منظم اور مربوط مہم نہیں چلائی گئی جس سے زیادہ لوگوں کی آگاہی ممکن ہوسکے۔ قوانین،پالیسیاں اور قواعد وضوابط کے ضمن میں آئین پاکستان ملک کی سب سے اھم دستاویزہے۔اس اھم دستاویز کی دفعات کے زیر اثر ملکی طرزحکمرانی اور ذیلی قوانین کی راہ نکلتی ہے۔ SDGs کے تناظر میں اس کے ابواب بنیادی حقوق اور پالیسی انتہائی اھمیت کے حامل ہیں۔اٹھارویں ترمیم کے بعد صوبوں کا دائرہ کار بڑھنے کے ساتھ باہم مسابقت کا مثبت رجحان سامنے آیا۔ مفاد عامہ کے قوانین کی منطوری اور نفاذ کا سلسلہ شروع ہوا اور جاری ہے۔کچھ قوانین کا یہاں ذکر کرنا لازم ہے کیونکہ ان قوانین کاایک مثبت اثر پائیدار ترقی کے اھداف ۔ان میں آئین کی دفعہ 19 کے تحت پبلک باڈی کے متعلق معلومات کا حق، 25الف کے تحت تعلیم کا حق، خواتین کے تحفظ کے قوانین،بچوں کے تحفظ

The Blog will be Updated and Well edited accordingly in coming days  I well remember the days 19 years ago when a senior in our literary circles was saying  and suspecting  that there is someone really grown up, well learned, mature poet ( May be a Poetess did not want to show her self )   hiding behind Young Rizwanullah as it was hard to believe that teenager Rizwanullah Shamal ( Then Rizwanullah Parhar  ) can compose such meaningful, brilliant and epic master pieces of Poetry. It shows how Shamal Poetry was and how is.
