Expose your body. By Naeem Khan Do you have the privacy and facility to expose your whole body to sunshine for sun basking or sun bathing for 20 or more minutes ? Exposure of the body means  that each inch or millimeter of your body receives sun rays.  If not , get the luxury immediately.  I do it on almost daily and it's such a wonderful feeling.   Fabulous opportunity for meditation,  introspection, self analysis, spirituality and relaxation ➕ vitamin D.
