Sources report devastating flood in Chitral swept away dozen of houses and many shops as its flooding in streets after heavy rainfall in the area. Reports coming from the area say irrigation channels, livestock and agricultural land were also lost of damaged beside logs of commercial wood swept away. Libraries are major sources of books and thus knowledge and information for human being leading to human prosperity and peace in society. In developed there are open air libraries for kids even to boast habit of study. Back in MMA provincial government the building of Timergara public library was constructed on by pass road near Shahid Chowk spending huge amount of public money aiming public good but as usual dull and dysfunctional Pakistani government organization this very social center remained closed after six years even.
