TIMERGARA Public library why not inaugurated?

Libraries are major sources of books and thus knowledge and information for human being leading to human prosperity and peace in society.
In developed there are open air libraries for kids even to boast habit of study.
Back in MMA provincial government the building of Timergara public library was constructed on by pass road near Shahid Chowk spending huge amount of public money aiming public good but as usual dull and dysfunctional Pakistani government organization this very social center remained closed after six years even.
Though there are politicians who discuss its name for their political gains particularly in election days when they go door to door to beg for votes of deprived residence to raise their status. I found while goggling on internet and Facebook accounts of MMA candidates claiming it as their major achievement yet when I see the library close and even not opened once in years I feel ashamed for I belong to area for some time. Social organization, student federations and trade union of Timergara demanded several times for libraries to be inaugurated as soon as possible.
This very important social center has an auspicious building with study halls,rooms and  canteen beside vast lawns.
It is unveiled by local journalists and social workers that even recruitment of staff for library has also been done several years ago, ACs for rooms and study hall have been fitted by the officials in their houses.

The local residents, journalists, social workers,  poets, literary writers, professionals and students of different institutions has demanded again and again the higher authorities to pay attention to this problem yet not heard in the corridors of power and decisive offices.
Once again a meeting of the above mentioned groups held in Timegara in Pakistan Muslim League Dir office demanded for its opening and Federal, provincial govts and authorities to step up in this regard.
 It was drawn into attention of Senior Minister Siraj Ul Haq who can play a better role to raise the point and he has the position even to direct authorities for quick action.
