Gulalai Ismail from Swabi wins International award for democracy .

Another Pashtoon girl Gulalai Ismail belongs to Swabi KPK honored with national award beside three other from Russia, Zimbabwe and Cuba for their tireless efforts for democratic value and culture promotion.
She is youth activist working for awareness and social mobilization to ensure rights for women particularly in conservative Pashtoon ballet to live a dignified life.
Running an social organization '' aware girls'' intervening in women awareness, democracy and peace.
Her organization trained girls and women about their political and social rights  from deprived communities in the region.

She, in a radio interview told that she was very happy to get this award as she thought the contribution of a Pashtoon girls being admitted internationally. She told the interviewer, her organization training more then five thousand girls about their rights. Asking Pashtoon women to raise their voice for their rights to strengthen democracy and bring peace in war turn Pakistan.
