 Ten 10 reasons why every educated person must not join Tablighi Jamaat!

Respond intellectually  and not by attacking personally!

1. They promote Fatalism and Predeterminism. They oppose Free will and human creativity and  Skepticism. They are totally against Rationalism and Humanism.

They focus on 6 points and one book Fazaile Aamal throughout their lives. They may mention Zikr and Ilm, but that's in the narrow sense of some religious injunctions.

2. They are against Fine Arts, Visual Arts and Performing Arts like Painting, Sculpture, Music, Dance, Stagecraft, Opera, songs, theater, filmmaking, photography etc. They will stop artists to perform and will convince them to join their movement!

3. They are against folklore and local cultures. They have almost destroyed Pashtun culture and very soon if not stopped will annihilate Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi, Kalash, Pamir, Shina and other local cultures. Marriages in Tablighi families are like death ceremonies!

4. They discourage use of modern inventions like TV, Internet, newspapers etc. and even don't allow loudspeaker in congregational prayers.

5. They will demean this world and will promote focus only on life after death thus making followers redundant to perform for the betterment of this world. Some of them may participate in worldly activities but the ideal ones must spend at least 6 months in their centers.The more you are away from worldly activities, the more you will be appreciated. 

6. They are highly organized and their slow poisoning is extremely dangerous. Awareness like this is necessary so youth don't fall prey to their agenda. They will  chase each and every young person to join them and divert attention from studies to fully dedicate to their work. Many young people may love to live in their utopia than to focus on their studies of Science and Technology or Arts and Social Sciences.

7. They are opposed not only by myself but also by majority of Shias, Brelvis, Wahabbis, Jamate Islami and others for various reasons. It's thus a misconception that they represent every Muslim.

8. Their families may have people who will go to colleges and universities but they would prefer ideally that their children go only for religious education and thus they discourage modern education by words and action.

9. They may appear apolitical and peaceful but they represent Deobandi school and will only promote this approach. Their adherents may even go for terrorism and extremism as this world is meaningless for them and they may adopt short cut to heavens.

10. They are totally against women's Political, Economic, Social and Intellectual role and women must be kept in the 4 walls of house. A Tablighi woman will never be seen politically,  socially or economically active.
