You must interact as interaction is existence.
But interact with what and why?
To be happy and useful.
Interact with Nature, Children, people, books, art, science, Social Media, philosophy, spirit and be happy ➕ useful. Make others happy and useful.
Eudaimonia ➕ Utilitarianism.
Explore Existentialism to know about your existence, happiness and utility.
Your essence is secondary and it must follow. It can't precede as if you don't exist or interact, your being or essence is meaningless.
Study Heidegger and take your Being in totality. Go to Kierkegaard to have inwardness and authenticity.
Consult Dostoevsky to explore the loneliness and desperation of the human condition.
Kafka and Rilke will tell you the existential situation which bears the stamp of modern man's alienation and absurdity.
Nietzsche's tells us about existentialism that we must accept we are part of a material world, regardless of what else might exist. We must live as if there is nothing else beyond life. A failure to live, to take risks, is a failure to realize human potential.
Sartre's slogan—“existence precedes essence”—introduces the idea that no general, non-formal account of what it means to be human can be given by others , since that meaning is decided in and through existing itself.
Philosophical thinking begins not only with the thinking subject, but the human being in its entirety.
