غنــی خان

سر په زمکه باندې کېږدہ

چې په راز پوه د اسمان شې

سترګې ستورو ته کړه پورته

چې په شان پوه د جهان شې

لږ سر ښکته په ژړا کړه

چې مزه د خندا واخلې

د دنیا نه ځان راغونډ کړه

چې مزه د دنیا واخلې

د چېلې په ګوټګۍ کښې

یو پیاله د شراب واخله

خُله دې وچه په روژه کړه

بیا مزه د کباب واخله

لېونې زما په شان شه

چې يه راز د خُداې پوې شې

سر او زړه دې د ماشوم کړه

لېونیه چې سړې شې

Ghaini Khan

Let put your head on earth,

So that you may understand the secret that of sky.

Raise your eyes towards stars,

To know the excellency of the world.

Bow Down your head in weeping,

To enjoy what a laughing is.

Let you isolate yourself from the world,

To know what a reality the world has.

In the corner of the prayer,

Let you drink a full cann,

Let dry your mouth by keeping fast,

Then see how tasteful the kabab?

Be a mad like me,

To know the secret of the universe?

Let you have a heart and head that of a child,

Oh mad to be a perfect human..
