How can we have the blessing of eternal bliss till our existence?
The answer is to GO PHYSICAL! And secrete hormones.
Stop to be stupid by overusing mind. Mind is just a tool and function of brain and used only for critical thinking, Problem solving, decisions making and understanding a topic. Brain 🧠 is like any other part of body like stomach or lungs. It has its specific functions. It can't resolve all your issues.
Most of the women in poor countries are not permitted to do physical acts and stay unhappy. Their home chores are also not recognized.
Start secreting Hormones today.
You must know that there are four hormones for human's happiness:
1. Endorphins,
2. Dopamine,
3. Serotonin, and
4. Oxytocin
How to cause secretion of these hormones to stay happy 😊 ?
Endorphins:
A.You have to exercise so that the body releases Endorphins. The pain of exercising is tackled by it. There must be at least 30 minutes exercising on daily basis.
B. Laughter also generates Endorphins. We must watch
funny stuff or find other ways to laugh to get our daily dose of Endorphins.
2. Dopamine:
A. Various achievements like passing an exam or accomplishing daily targets etc cause secretion of
various levels of Dopamine.
B. Appreciation of others for our work and our feelings of satisfaction also cause it. You'll feel sad if your work is not acknowledged or admired.
C. Shopping; purchasing new clothes, gadgets, cars, house, toys, machines or any item also causes release of this hormone.
3. Serotonin:
A. Acting in a way that benefits others causes secretion of Serotonin. Others may include persons, animals or Nature.
B. Providing useful information on the internet or personal life as my this post or a blog or book or sharing data or answering questions or coming live etc as we spend our TEF for others.
4. Oxytocin:
A. By getting physically close to other human beings as children, mother, friends etc
B. Sex , kissing, hugging etc
C. Embracing or shaking hands, putting arms around someone .
It's now clear that happiness is not possible without exercise, accomplishing goals, getting appreciation, helping others, hugging, sex, kissing, laughing, shopping etc which are required to secrete the 4 happiness hormones and to stay happy always.
You have to cause happiness via these hormones to get the effect of happiness or blessing of bliss.
Start using your body. Ignore mind.
