 Khaled Zadran, the spokesman of the Kabul Police Command in the Taliban government, said in a statement sent to the media, "Mursal Nabizadeh, a former lawyer in Ahmad Shah Baba area of ​​the twelfth district, along with one of her bodyguards, were killed by unknown persons in her house.  She was shot dead and one of her brothers was injured."

 Mr. Zadaran added that investigations are ongoing and the security forces have started serious efforts to find the perpetrators of the incident and hand them over to the law.

 In the identification page of the representatives of the previous Wolesi Jirga, it is stated that Mursal Nabizadeh is originally from Rudato district of Nangarhar, but he lived in Kabul in recent years.
