A view of Women meeting Jirga is one of the prominent component of Pashtoon Culture and code of conduct , generally called Pashtoonwali or Pukhtoonwali , considered a complete and justified code of life for all pashtoons. The pashtoon are highly expected to be respecting and observing this very code and those who disobeying are regretted as un social, pseudo social and are treated according to the Pashtoonwali in Jirga. Jirga is council of elders sit together to solve issues like murder, theft, honor, land disputes etc in their respective communities. Sit to gather often in an open space in the center of the community where all the resident can join, the conflicting parties, the plaintiff and dependent are heard, disputes are thoroughly discussed and culprits are punished. Libraries are major sources of books and thus knowledge and information for human being leading to human prosperity and peace in society. In developed there are open air libraries for kids even to boast habit of study. Back in MMA provincial government the building of Timergara public library was constructed on by pass road near Shahid Chowk spending huge amount of public money aiming public good but as usual dull and dysfunctional Pakistani government organization this very social center remained closed after six years even. Though there are politicians who discuss its name for their political gains particularly in election days when they go door to door to beg for votes of deprived residence to raise their status. I found while goggling on internet and Facebook accounts of MMA candidates claiming it as their major achievement yet when I see the library close and even not opened once in years I feel ashamed for I belong to area for some time. سابق وزیر اعظم راجا پرویز اشرف نے رینٹل پاور کیس کی تحقیقات کے لیے عدالتی کمیشن بنانے کا خط لکھنے پر سپریم کورٹ سے غیر مشروط معافی مانگ لی ہے۔ سابق وزیراعظم راجا پرویز اشرف کی جانب سے غیر مشروط معافی نامہ سپریم کورٹ میں جمع کرا دیا گیا ہے، جس میں انہوں نے موقف اختیار کیا ہے کہ وہ رینٹل پاور پلانٹ کی تحقیقات کے لئے سپریم کورٹ کو لکھا خط واپس لے لیتے ہیں، راجا پرویز اشرف نےعدالت سے غیر مشروط معافی مانگتے ہوئے خود کو عدالت کے رحم وکرم پر چھوڑ دیا ہے. واضح رہے کہ وزیراعظم راجا پرویزاشرف کی جانب سے چیف جسٹس کو لکھے گئے خط میں رینٹل پاورکیس کی تحقیقات کے لئے شیعب سڈل کی سربراہی میں کمیشن بنانے کی درخواست کی گئی تھی، خط میں سابق وزیراعظم نے لکھا تھا کہ رینٹل پاورکیس میں میرے خلاف پروپگینڈا کیا گیا، خود کو احتساب کے لے پیش کردیا، یقین ہے کہ رینٹل پاورکیس میں سرخرو ہوں گا۔
