چې يې عمر په صحرا وي، له خزانه ګيله نه که

دومره وسومه غمونو، چې اوس سوى مې سينه نه که

تا وې ما له ډالۍ راکړه، ما غريب سره څه وينې

چونګ ازغي مې دي ټول کړي، په دې لارې ستا په ځمکه

زما اوښکې شګو وڅښې،ګل لاله ترې زرغون نه شو

په ما يې دا هم پېرزو نه شو بيا له خواره نه ګيله که

زه په څه ستا مدار وکړم په څه ستا سترګې رڼې کړم

زه ولاړ کچکول په لاس کې پکې بوي زړې اوبه که

چې ځواني يې ورژيږي، او د زړه غوټۍ شي مړاوې

د تاتار کوه قاف حورې، به څوک څه که او څوک څه که

لېوني ورو ورو ورکيږي، ځان په خپلو ګوتو وژني

ستا فراق عشق يې بهانه کړم، او هر څه کا اوس هر څه کا

Those whose living has been in a desert,

they never complain the autumn,

so many grief burnt me,

see my chest has now no feeling for causticity.

you asked me to give you a gift,

what you see with me the so poor,

i have collected a handful of thorns

here on the land of your's.

The tears that of mine drank the sand,

but no daffodil could create,

He didn't like even this for me,

but yet me the poor is complained too.

How can i entertain you,

how you could be clarified,

Am standing with a calabash in my hand,

where the stored water is to give smell.

When the youthfulness of someone is diminished,

with his heart's bud wilted too,

The hoors that of Tatar and Kohiqaaf,

would be of no use.

the mad too is diminishing but slowly,

kills himself of his own fingers,

I pretend the love and separation that of yours,

And do now every thing.
