What's more important? Happiness or Success!
These are the 2 buzzwords of my life. I have done a lot of research on these 2 highly essential dimensions of our lives.
Is Happiness possible without success? Is it true that Happiness is just an emotion or feeling and it doesn’t need any hard work but just chill out and be happy 😊
But for success you have to go a long way. You have to struggle a lot. The solution is to be smart, fast, intelligent and well-informed. You can achieve the Taoist ideal of Inaction is the best action or effortless accomplishment. You achieve but without effort.
Happiness may breed success rather than the other way around, according to a new study. Researchers found happy people are generally successful in relationships, work, and health; this success is more often than not a result of their positive emotions rather than vice versa.
In a review of 225 studies on happiness and success, researchers found happy individuals are predisposed to seek out and undertake new goals in life, which often brings them more happiness as well as success in many aspects of their lives.
But which comes first – happiness or success?
The real truth is that happiness is often subjective and difficult to measure. Success is often judged externally or by comparison to other people.
Research in positive psychology defines a happy person as someone who experiences frequent positive emotions, such as interest, joy and pride, and infrequent negative emotions such as sadness or anxiety (Lyubomirsky et al., 2005).
