Education and Philosophy by Naeem Khan
Philosophy is love for wisdom. Its the search of ultimate reality through rational or empirical and sometimes transcendental and intuitive methods.
Education is to bring proper change in behavior. Education is the process to impart and receive knowledge, skills and values. Both are thus interrelated. Ethics, Logic, Epistemology, Ontology etc are branches of Philosophy and all these are required in Education.
My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks.
