It's generally misunderstood that Nietzsche was totally against Stoicism.

I didn't find anywhere that  Nietzsche used the word hate for Stoicism? Any reference please?

Yes it's true that Nietzsche was more for spirit and not controlling emotions as taught by Stoicism but he took Amor Fati from Stoicism. Watch this

Nature is originality and reality.  Living genuinely or naturally or according to Nature doesn't mean living without spirit as recommended by Nietzsche. 

Yes he criticized  Stoicism for its  overstatement of the importance of its ethical ideal of rational self-sufficiency and for undervaluing pain and passion when pursuing an unconditional acceptance of fate.

Nietzsche is notorious or famous  for his mocking and sarcastic attacks on everything including Stoicism. 

For Nietzsche, Nature or  cosmos or universe is a godless chaotic entity, while Stoics ask for a life as per Nature and Rationality. 

Stoics  believe that the order of the universe is like the  order of the minds of rational animals or human beings. If you're on the same page with Nature,  you'll have happiness or Eudaimonia. Virtue is  to be in accordance with Nature. 

Nietzsche was for more creativity, spontaneity and freedom of self. There is no Ideal as Nature but we have to create our own ideal. Rules are made by humans, not Nature. 

Nietzsche says 

“You want to live “according to Nature”? Oh, you noble Stoics, what fraud of words! Imagine to yourselves a creature like nature, boundlessly extravagant, boundlessly indifferent, without purpose or consideration, without pity or justice, at once fruitful and barren and uncertain: imagine to yourselves Indifference itself as a power — how could you live in accordance with such indifference?” (BGE, 1:9)

The difference is that Nietzsche says to live while Stoics say to live according to Nature.  Nietzsche  refers to "pathetic fallacy”. It's like saying "Mother Nature ". Nietzsche was mostly following Skepticism and Cynicism, the rival philosophies of Stoicism.  However, as Cynicism was evolved into Stoicism, Nietzsche can be amalgamated holistically to Stoicism as well.
