Five Life Changing Rules.

1.  Make war with the diseases  of the body and mind by defence to be immune or by attack once you have it. But don't live with diseases for more than 10 days.


2. You're slave if you can't control yourself.  Self-disciplined life is virtue of first class of your character. Otherwise, you're weak, coward, worthless and deadwood. 


3.  Go  over the day three times in your mind before you sleep: accomplishments, errors and what you forgot to do.


4. Remain in touch with facts and realities to avoid disappointments and shocks. Clarity of earth is far better than fantasies of clouds in the skies.  Imagination is fine but it may not hurt. Love is great but sex is real. 


5. All friends, companions, colleagues,  classmates,  travelers etc must help each other on the road, so all of them reach the destination happily.
