Kabul, June 1976:
Pakistan's PM, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto visited Kabul for five days in June 1976 and held bilateral talks with the Afghan President Sardar Daud Khan
Here's the text of the joint communique of both the countries. I find the 'two sides agreed to refrain, for the time being, from hostile propaganda against each other in their press media and broadcasts' bit interesting in this whole communique especially the 'for the time being' part.
The propaganda from both sides was relentless then; today, it’s only gotten worse. Thanks to social media, people from both countries, along with known and unknown spoilers, are all drawn into this drama.
